Hello. My name is Anna and I am Polish photographer based in Lough Gowna, Co Cavan, Ireland. I’m a wife to a loving and supportive husband and mommy of three little people who keep me on my toes and remind me daily what life is all about! I’m art teacher by trade and photographer by love. With the birth of my first daughter, I realized that I was in many ways more interested in the real stories, lifestyle photography. Fell in love with documenting my daughter’s life, capturing her childhood is my passion since 6 years already, of course my other two are part of my photo project as well (My project 366/365 is my passion you can check it out on my website). I love to capture every moment of their life, as well as the beauty and innocence of childhood. Since a while I was interested in documentary photography and when my first child was born I changed more to family and children photography as my main subject. Worked in Ireland as art and afterschool teacher where I could use my pedagogy skills and learn more about kids’ behaviour and how fun is to be a kid.
I have studied in Child photography Academy gaining Accreditation of children photographer. Participated in Photography workshops with world famous photographers: Elena Shumilova, Paulina Duczman and Karolina Piorkowska. Elena is internationally known artist who specializes in children and family imagery. I learnt from her how to captures magical moments, Paulina is master of studio portraits and thought me how to use my skills in studio setting and Karolina is newborn photographer who thought me about baby positioning and wrapping, light in studio setting.
I do both studio sessions and outdoor & indoor lifestyle sessions where I don’t want you worry about your kids not cooperating. I am up for the challenge of getting them to crack a smile. I also have the patience to get the right shots and if that means we go over the time… NO BIG DEAL! I want you to walk away from your session realizing it wasn’t a stressful event like anticipated and happy that you chose ME!
