Newborn photo session should be done up to 14 days after baby is born. Better sleep makes it easier for you and to take pictures. Those black and white images of little baby Stanlay were taken when he was 10 days. He didn’t wake up even for a second .. We warmed up the room, mommy was feeding him in the middle as well. So baby was happy and sleepy all the time.
Black and white newborn photos can be taken in your place so there is no stress to arrive to the studio.
Before I arrive at your place I ask you to warm up the place. Baby needs cozy room temperature (around 23 degrees) so it will feel nice and warm. I use bean bag for the baby so it’s nice and soft to change the poses. All the poses are done on the bean bag for babies safety. Usually I need your hands for some images especially for black and white images (example below). I also bring studio light. I need some space in your living room to set up and session is done in 1-2 hours (everything depends on the baby). If we need more time for feeding changing no worries I’ll wait. No strict timetable – stress free and relaxed session at home.
You will get online gallery of 10-13 images to choose your favourite 6. Those 6 images will be printed 6×8″ and You will get complimentary 1 print A3 (until end of 2021).
