& Your photographs
Your digital images are stored on external drive secured with password. When you have signed model release your images will be used by kaniuta lifestyle photography as part of portfolio and in marketing purposes until needed . (if you signed model release you got few extra images if you cancel model release price for an extra image is €100) and your images deleted.
If you didn’t sign model release your images are deleted completely within 3 months after the session.
Children’s Privacy
We do collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 if you agreed to it and you are a parent or guardian. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
If you sign our model release for your children we do keep it for our records and for future marketing purposes.
